3 meter to 6 meter vacuum calibrator tank, fully under vacuum or partially under vacuum to suit specific requirements.
Separate circuits for vacuum calibration and efficient cooling.
Uniform cooling spray nozzles & inline water filters.
Single strand/double strand vacuum tanks available.
After cooling spray bath(s) back seal/front seal supporting disc, guide rollers can be provided as optional.

Haul Off

Various models available for pipes and profiles of different sizes, line speed, manual or pneumatic clamping.
Precision clamping force to avoid distortion of product, slipless pulling of extrudate, stronger driving mechanism, stepless & synchronized speed variation with speed holding accuracy.
Two belts, three belts or multi belts are available as per customers’ requirements.
Depends on product size, shape and output, belts or chains with customized pad shape can be provided.

Cutting Saw

Different cutting systems available like chopping cutter, saw cutter, planetary saw cutter with optional chamfering provision.
Special cutters for profile cutting .
Cutters are provided with safety guards.
Dust collection unit for clean working can be incorporated.
